This program is designed for new coaching clients in mind with spaced out 1:1 sessions. After each session you will find exercises and office hours to keep your momentum going. If you're looking for a supportive, non-judgmental environment to explore your hopes, dreams, fears, and limiting beliefs, then you're in the right place. The New Beginnings Program is designed to help us build a trusting, genuine, and safe connection, so we can begin to really dig into who you are, what might be getting in your way, and how we can begin to move forward. During our sessions together, we'll work to build a coaching relationship based on trust, honesty, and support. We'll identify your goals and find the best Mind-Body Interventions to help you achieve those goals. Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or just feeling stuck in life, our coaching sessions are designed to help you see yourself more clearly and find new ways to create the life you want to live. As your coach, I'm here to guide you on your journey, but I also recognize that you are the expert in your life. Our coaching relationship is a collaborative process, and we'll work together to find the best approach for you. So why wait?
