As a tech startup alum, operational leader, and business agility consultant to startups and Fortune 100 companies for over 30 years, Phillip supports leaders and teams to achieve greater success only accessible through human-centric work and alignment. He's experienced operational roles and the entire lifecycle of companies by architecting and delivering software products, organizational systems, operational leadership, and coaching.
