If you are struggling with stress, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, anxiety, chronic pain, inflammation, low energy, or other emotional challenges, I am able to teach you how to manage and heal them. You will feel educated, informed and empowered after our sessions together. Our focus together will be on healing the whole-person, and address any past issues that might surface in the process. My clients have noticed dramatic improvements, insights, and empowerment from just a few sessions together.


I focus on a whole-person healing approach to wellness. We address mind-body-spirit. I will gain information and knowledge about your health background, emotional current state and stresses, and address how to heal any areas of concerns. I address your health goals and work to help you achieve them. I focus on a variety of modalities from bioenergetics, to homeopathy, nutritional support, supplement education, the right foods to eat and avoid, somatic exercises for wellbeing, learning to feel safe in the body, yoga (for those who are interested), meditation and visualizations, and sometimes breathing exercises. I sometimes recommend "homework" for you to work on in between sessions, which is where you will find the most dramatic improvement! There is accountability from one session to the next, so you don't feel like you're on this journey alone! I have experience in teaching Yoga to cancer patients, pregnant women, children, and people who have experienced trauma. I am a health coach and life coach. I have experience working with people suffering from autoimmune dysfunction, toxic mold exposure, CIRS, MCAS, cancer, chronic fatigue, trauma, and other issues. I also have additional experience as a doula (birth coach), lactation counselor. You deserve to feel better, and I am here to teach you how!
