Together, we first establish your goals so that they are clear, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-based. Then we try to determine where the problem lies and what internal resources you already have to solve it, or what additional resources and skills you require. We will also figure out where and what internal constraints or negative beliefs you may have and work towards getting rid of them. And in parallel, we “install updates” on your mind and body, as needed, i.e. energy levels, thoughts, relationships, how you work and relax, your sleep hygiene, your balance between eustress & destress, etc.
As a child, I faced a lot of adversity – my parents divorced when I was 8; my mother raised me and my sister during a period when the Soviet Union crumbled and a new country (Kazakhstan) hadn’t built itself yet. We lived in poverty and the future was uncertain.
However, now I’m very grateful for everything that happened and wouldn’t change a thing! Those circumstances forced me to grow, adapt, learn and develop. I firmly believe that any difficulty is a growth opportunity. For many years I have been very interested and fascinated by the mind – body – spirit/soul – nature connection. And it helped me realize that we are more than just a body with a brain.
Before then I was always tired and struggled staying awake during the day; I was “out of shape” with unstable weight; I had low energy and felt insecure. But I was able to transform myself to feeling healthier and stronger than when I was 20 (I’m 38 now), and to being confident and resilient. Yet, of course, the best version of me will always be “under construction”!
My passion and mission is to share my knowledge and experience with people who are ready to transform their lives. I am my clients' biggest fan & supporter, but I also hold a loving and candid mirror for them to see where they need to grow most.
