Then we try to determine where the problem lies and what internal resources you already have to solve it, or what additional resources and skills you require. We will also figure out where and what internal constraints or negative beliefs you may have and work towards getting rid of them. And in parallel, we “install updates” on your mind and body, as needed, i.e. energy levels, thoughts, relationships, how you work and relax, your sleep hygiene, your balance between eustress & destress, etc.
